Alexandra Eliades

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Hi, my name is Alexandra!

I graduated from the University of Melbourne as a Master of Speech Pathology and bring a growing background in communicative support, paired with a strong passion for empowering individuals to enhance their communication skills.

Throughout my experience, I have worked with diverse populations, including both paediatric and adult clients, across clinical, community, and hospital settings. This exposure has strengthened my ability to tailor interventions to meet an individual’s needs, while maintaining a client-centered approach.

I pride myself on my capacity to build meaningful connections with clients, collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams, and adapt strategies to suit a wide range of communication and learning abilities. I have a particular interest in areas such as Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. This interest allows me to support a variety of patients with varying presentations to reach their full potential, not only in communication but also in confidence and independence.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring my skills, dedication, and passion for communication support to Words In Motion, and I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the individuals I work with.
