Hi, I’m Chelsie!

I have completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree majoring in anatomy and physiology at Latrobe University in 2020. My journey now takes me to Victoria University, where I am currently in my final year of study, completing a Bachelor of Speech and Language Sciences/ Master of Speech Pathology.

What I like about working as an AHA is that it is giving me valuable real world clinical experience while still studying. I enjoy being part of a supportive and like minded team that is passionate about making a difference. Working in this role allows me to apply what I'm learning at university while building strong foundations for my future profession as a speech pathologist. This role allows me to contribute to children’s development and communication goals in meaningful ways. Gaining hands-on clinical experience alongside my studies is helping me feel career ready and confident in my future profession.

Outside of the clinic or studying I enjoy spending time with my friends, going on nature walks and travelling.
